ABOUT US

Meet Greet and Assist Services in short MGA was formed by some very senior retired officers of aviation business in the year 2002 Main idea of this company was to help and assist the passengers travelling through the largest and busiest international airport of Bangladesh located in Dhaka. MGA had a lot of opposition from different quarters as they apprehended that this service would have some impact on their interests. However, as the founder member had the experience of serving as one of the policy making members of Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh he could finally convince the Government and get it through. It took us some time to get the momentum as it was totally new concept in Bangladesh.

The company Directors started going to the airlines and also to some renowned corporate offices to explain the services which included wheel chair services to the patients travelling for treatment. Within very short time MGA could get the appreciation of all concerned and had the opportunity of handling the aircraft of the Vice President of World bank while providing our hospitality and assistance to this honorable guest visiting Bangladesh.

Within two years we had our agents in some ME countries and also in USA. By 2010 we started having international offices located in Bangladesh as our clients for their officials travelling to and from Bangladesh. Responding to the requirement of the valued customers we kept adding services to our list and by 2014 we declared ourselves as one stop solution for all travel needs. By now many of the Scheduled banks had become our partners and we now provide airport assistance services to their clients having credit cards.

In 2012 MGA became one of the founder members of Bangladesh Inbound Tour Operators Association and also contributed in the formation of Bangladesh Foundation for Tourism Development (BFTD) as the founder member. From then we started having clients of these two organizations as our clients passing through the international airport.

Every year we provide complimentary services to the passengers going to perform Haj. Our staffs continuously assist ignorant passengers free of charge in filling out their embarkation cards.

MGA’s additional services are providing air tickets and offering tour packages, both inbound and outbound, on payment in installment basis in collaboration with the banks. By the end of 2022 we have crossed 100,000 passengers milestone per year. We have appointed agencies in U.S.A. MGA has proven itself as most reliable one stop solution for any travel need in Bangladesh.
